A Harris Poll released in July found that 74% of Gen Z adults spend more than half their weekends at home, and 88% deliberately steer clear of nightlife like clubs and bars. But the same survey found 51% feel lonely on weekends, and 49% say they don't have enough real-life friends to hang out with. What they actually want is different: 76% preferred quieter, less crowded gatherings, and 54% preferred daytime over nighttime.
